Delivering experiential trainings to the general public on various topics in the economic field.

During the year, hundreds of professional lectures and workshops are held for a variety of populations, including children and youth, soldiers, students and young couples, families and retirees.

Prerequisites for the position

• About 8 hours are available for volunteering per month
• Background and experience in training / teaching / guiding groups
• Computer operation skills, including using presentations and playing videos
• Mobility capability

Mandatory requirements for joining

• Personal adjustment interview pass
• Mandatory course that includes comprehensive training (15-24 hours, depending on the target audience)
• Participation in professional training from time to time

What audiences are the trainings intended for?

The trainings are intended for the general public, from children in fourth grade to high school age, at-risk youth, young people (soldiers, students, singles), young couples, families (welfare to middle-class populations, mentally injured, those with special needs and in different languages, preparation for retirement and the elderly) . There are also trainings for professionals whose purpose is to provide tools to “pass it on”.

Who orders the trainings?

Our customers are local authorities, community centers, community coordinators in settlements, associations and social organizations, youth centers, companies from the business sector and more.

Is the position starting immediately?

Training for new volunteers takes place once or twice a year, as needed. Therefore, it should be taken into account that there may be a waiting period.

What hours are the trainings held?

At all hours of the day and evening, according to the customers’ request.

If I already accompany families / have experience in training from another place, is it possible to lead lectures without training?

No, every facilitator and lecturer must undergo dedicated training in the field of group instruction, learn the content that is delivered to the various populations and become familiar with the methods we use in guidance

How long is the training?

Usually there are 8 sessions, each session lasts 3 hours.
