Which businesses and organizations are actively advocating for gender equality?
The Ministry of Economy and Industry held a ceremony on March 13, 2023, to recognize and honor employers who have shown exceptional commitment to promoting gender equality in the Israeli workforce. Minister Nir Barkat presented marks of distinction and financial grants to the deserving recipients.
A total of 350 nominations were received across various categories for the "Equal Employment Award" competition, from which 13 winners were carefully selected. These winners have demonstrated their commitment to empowering women and advancing gender equality in the workplace.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Judge (Retired) Ronit Rosenfeld, the Chairman of the Public Council, for her invaluable work and significant contribution to the success of this initiative.
